Siren & Seer is the new vision of producer/multi-instrumentalist saQi and vocalist/songwriter Diamonde. Hailing from the hills of Northern California, the duo gives a fresh take on live electronic music by merging traditional idioms of Americana, folk, gypsy and blues with cutting edge dance music genres.
S&S tastefully reimagine sounds of the past for a modern context and create a multi-dimensional world where refinement of a Victorian era can co-exist with roots of Appalachia and rawness of the urban underground. A major goal of the project is to bring a realness and vulnerability to the dance floor while still bringing sound that is hot and heavy.
Siren and Seer seek to represent the voices silenced, the cries unheard, the spirits searching for a way home.

TIARE VALIOURIA
The Witches ball Impresario, curator and producer - Tiare is an animist, and multi-disceplinary artist based Portland, OR which has been her home base for over 20 years. Mystically driven, theatrical dance is her passion, while her specialties are Fusion Bellydance, Classical Temple Dance, Vaudeville & Ritual Theatre. She is the founder and director of VALOURIAN THEATRE and proprietress of ANIMARA - an online school for dance magic. Portland is where she began her career as a performer, & toured with a circus for 8 years eventually growing into the role of teacher, choreographer, director and producer. Tiare has taught ritual theatre and performed in 13 countries to date, with more on the horizon as the global Elemental Fusion Dance community grows. She currently produces regularly in Portland under the umbrella of @atrium.mystique events, always bordering on the avant-garde and conjuring the wyrd. It is her personal mission to bring about an awakening in the collective of the sacredness that is in everything, and our inherent magical power, encouraging opulence and grandeur while traversing the spectral avenues of esoteric artistry.
The Witches Ball of the West is her annual love child and gift to the community of kindred.
TRACY LYNN
Tracy Lynn is a shapeshifter and dark fusion bellydance artist from Los Angeles, CA. Her dance origins are rooted in modern fusion bellydance, performing with Mandala Danceworks from 2008 to 2016. She continued her exploration of alternative bellydance, creating solo work and theatrical performances at festivals and showcases, including Shadowdance, Ritual Solstice, EVOKE III with IOXTC. She recently produced APOCALYPTA, a post-apocalyptic fusion show at Wasteland Weekend XV. Her style is sultry and grunge, and plays to her bendy body magic.
When she isn't performing, she is a full-time movement instructor who specializes in Yoga, Pilates, and Barre. She helps dancers and movers of all kinds alchemize their bodies to become their strongest and most flexible selves.
OTHER
Hailing from Seattle - Bree Sadira Rose (of Headstone Brigade , Witch Bottle & May Dirt) sings haunting vocals over heavy synth undertones by Jeff King (of Isenordal ) keeping the Ethereal Darkwave spirit alive and casting a dreamlike spell over the dance floor.
MOTHER VOID
Mother Void is the chosen name of Faren Rajkumar - nomadic DJ, violinist, & writer of Caribbean and South Indian ancestry. Mother Void's sensual bass dance journeys grant permission to slow down and descend into the underworld of emotion. Mother Void loves to offer music for Ecstatic and Fusion dances, combining live violin, Sanskrit mantras, and downtempo bass to induce awakening of sensual energy, and inspire play with others on the dance floor. Her presence is your body's invitation to contemplate your inner dark matter and creation center to conjure your own movement medicine.
Mother Void floats between her home bases in the PNW, East Coast, and India, always learning and exploring while creating community, experiential, and musical offerings as a contemporary bridge between worlds and celebration of Indian culture & Hinduism. She is also the co-creator of Shiva Shakti, an annual wilderness retreat in Oregon centered on balance and sacred sensuality through dance, yoga, meditation, Bhakti, and connection.

Directed by company founder Tiare Valouria, this captivating caravan of world class artists creates unique and mesmerizing worlds powered by a collective of dancers, and mystics who encircle mythopoetic currents with intention and dance theatre cunning, to invoke timeless archetypes and medicinal imagery.
This arcane faction of symbiotic experimentation weaves a 5th dimensional tapestry of expressionistic esoterica and avant-garde performance resulting in a genre-bending manifestation that ignites the spirit and fuels the soul.
JENNIE MARIE
Hailing from the sprawling coastline of California, Jennie Marie comes bearing her heart that has been devoted to fusion bellydance for the last 11 years. Through the last decade, dance has been the unseen driving force of healing, challenge, and purpose in her life. It was clear too, early on, that dance was a language, and a dear friend to write poetry with in the dead of night.
At times under the surface, but always calling the shots in her life.
Now by chance of fate, she has found herself in the Valourian Sisterhood. Truly, for her, what a Sisterhood it has become. In her own words — the vision Tiarè holds, with the respect and love everyone brings to this art form is irreplaceable! True magick is woven here, and whether you can cognitively describe it or not — you can feel it.
Always a student, always grateful to all her teachers and muses, Jennie Marie is beyond delighted to share the stage this year in The Fourth Annual Witches Ball of the West.
Jennie will be performing solo with OTHER and in the Valourian Theatre Triumph of the Witches - INANNA'S DESCENT.
JASMINE ENCHANTED
Valourian Theatre is ecstatic to welcome Jasmine into the fold! Jasmine is a mythic embodiment artist and fusion belly dancer whose performances blend hypnotic movement, fantastical costuming, and ritual into immersive living art experiences. She is also the founder of Spellborn Arts, a creative world devoted to transformation through movement, adornment, and artistic expression. She will be performing with Mother Void and Valourian Theatre for the Triumph of the Witches - INANNA'S DESCENT.
SABRINA ELLIOT
Sabrina Elliotte is a dancer, performer, and creator based in Richmond, Virginia. She is a co-founder of @_Sinisteria_, a dark fantasy performance troupe that uses storytelling and ritual as a space for cathartic self-expression.
Sabrina is honored to be part of the Valourian Sisterhood and to embody Ereshkigal, Queen of the Great Below, at the Witches Ball of the West.
Ereshkigal’s story holds special meaning for her, reflecting the beauty and power in acknowledging the parts of ourselves that are painful or rejected rather than turning away from them.
She is grateful to Tiare for her vision, guidance, and the opportunity to be part of this telling of Inanna’s descent.
LISA REVOLUSIA
Lisa Revolusia, is a ritual theatre artist from Portland, Oregon. Blending storytelling, mysticism, and raw emotion into her work, her inspiration honors mythology, nature, and seasonal cycles, aiming to create performances that are deeply tuned in and resonating from heart.
Rooted in Portland, OR, she explores adornment of the body through fashion design, jewelry creation, dance, and tattooing @lisa.hubbard.tattoo as the owner/artist of @3.realms.tattoo studio. She sees all of her various pursuits as extensions of the same vision, to create spaces where creativity becomes a vessel for intuition, connection, empowerment, and balance within.
Expressing what a high honor it is to her to be be a part of @Valourian.theatre and @tiare.balouria for the past 4 years, it is equally profound to be a part of the Witch’s Ball of the West this year, bringing forward the retelling of Inannas descent.

Subaqueous weaves a spellbinding tapestry of sound, conjuring the ethereal and the arcane. His music blends deep, resonant basslines with intricate rhythms, creating sonic incantations that transport listeners to enchanted realms. Each composition is an alchemical fusion of live and electronic elements, where atmospheric field recordings and otherworldly textures coalesce, like whispers of ancient spirits dancing in the moonlight.
BELLADONNA: QUEEN OF SWORDS
Belladonna is a modern fusion belly dance instructor, international icon, and show producer from Washington DC. She developed and popularized an entire universe of movements using the scimitar to create visually striking performances that blend seamlessly with dance. Her capacity to envision and execute patterns that seem mind melting is unsurpassed. Inspired by the power and healing dance can evoke. She believes that self-expression is essential for one's wellbeing, and hopes her performances inspire others to find a passion they want to pursue.
OPHELIA
Ophelia Darkly (Dark Duchess) is a magician and DJ specializing in playing dark, sensual, and highly danceable music. As a shapeshifter, she has a special interest in themed events where she can conjure unique and vibrant set lists. You can find her spinning in the shadows of Hive, Coffin Club (Genesis, Cyberia), or her worldwide DJ stream on Twitch. Previous performances include WGT in Leipzig, Neotropolis Cyberpunk Festival, and Asilo. She welcomes you to connect with body, mind, and spirit through the mesmerizing beauty of song.
ORCHID
Orchid is a contortionist from Guatemala who now calls Portland her home. She is an unstoppable force who enjoys exploring the depths and limits of human flexibility. You can see you at her best alongside DJ DarkSparkle at this year's Witches Ball of the West.
